Easy Target are an up and coming pop-punk band from Nottingham, UK. Formed at college by guitarist/backing vocalist David Hicks and Drummer Danny Botterell and now finally on bass/lead vocals Scott Hawkins, we plan to keep the genre of pop-punk alive!!

We always try to make every one of our songs exciting and creative so that they will always be remembered. All three of us work amazingly well with each other to make songs that we set out to create; we also have amazing amounts of confidence when it comes to live performances (If you have ever seen us play before you would understand).

Every time we write a new song we treat it as if it’s our last, putting as much heart into it as possible, hoping people will love them as much as we do!

It’s a wet and windy Tuesday evening in February and you’re on tour. Why should people venture out to come see you?

"Because we feel we put on an amazing live show, we have live raw energy and connect with the crowd. We also know we can get a crowd involved and moving; making them forget about that wet and windy Tuesday evening in February."

Are you currently holding down other jobs? If so, what are they, and would you recommend them to other aspiring artists in need of cash?

"Nope, none of us have any jobs."

You’re on top of a soapbox, telling everyone where you aspire to be in five years time. Where do you aim to be, and what’s your mission statement?

"Our aim is to be famous, it's what we all want, our mission plan is to keep writing, keep gigging and to never give up or surrender - we all have very strong work ethics."

For a bonus point – tell us a joke! You don’t have to, but if you feel the urge…
